From early on day one after our meeting, she was able to use her knowledge and expertise to find and forward properties to me that met exacting specifications. Once under contract, she provided me with all of the necessary information and resources upfront to keep me one step ahead of the expectations/requirements/deadlines that I needed to meet (home inspection, earnest money, etc). Anytime I had specific questions about the process or the property (survey and setback lines, post-closing occupancy agreement, etc), she used her knowledge and resources to provide me with the timely answers I needed to feel comfortable about moving forward through the process and completing the purchase. Ultimately, Mary's professionalism and dedication made this real estate purchase possible much sooner (and enjoyable) than I had anticipated! Well in advance, she met with me to discuss the specifics of what it would look like to sell, the timeline, some useful notes to help the house presentation. All of it was organized and extremely professional. Throughout the process of listing and viewings, Mary was quick to answer any questions or address concerns. She was also candid in her opinions on offers, which you truly need from a great realtor. If I found myself buying/selling again in Mary's area, I would definitely ask for her assistance again.
