First Time Homebuyer Mary was nothing short of fantastic. I took a shot by finding her on Google, but 5 minutes into our first phone call, I new I had my agent. She was completely transparent throughout the entire process and was always available to answer any little question my wife and I had. Buying a house is nerve racking, let alone buying one sight unseen from another state. Mary made the entire process so easy. It wasn't more than a few hours after first speaking to her and giving her an idea of what we were looking for that she sent over 20 or more great houses to look at. She pretty much held our hand and walked us through every single step from the pre-approval to closing. Mary is definitely invested in you as a buyer and not once did I feel like I was just another commission. She always gave us her honest opinion, giving us the pros and cons of each property. She knew the market and advise me what to fix or replace at great prices. From her taking pictures to grabbing a paint roller she is dedicated and professional. Walked my through my selling options and paperwork to find the best potential buyers. Her patience and expertise is truly amazing.
