Went through 2 non show non responsive realtors. Mary only needed one voice-mail. Showed up prepared, professional and punctual. Dealt with me and my buyers as a duel agent. Never had to list the house officially on the market and we received a top end deal deal what we expected. Was fair to us as the seller and her buyers. Never had any conflict of interest issues I felt it was pretty 50/50. Great to work with and nice lady overall. 100% reccomend.

Mary was fantastic to work with. She was so patient with us during our home buying process. It’s a crazy market and we had a difficult time finding our home. Eventually after putting offers on several homes we found the right match. Closing can be stressful, but Mary walked us through the process with ease.
