I experienced Mary Green as very professional yet completely accessible and kind. Her conversation with me was clear, she fielded my questions with knowledge and compassion, and was supportive during the entire process. Her organizational skills kept us on target with process work. I think she finessed the task in the most positive way and I highly recommend her. I think it may be relevant to note that the entire sales transaction was conducted over the phone or via text/email as I do not reside in NC.
