I will first like say i was nt that impress with mary , i guess you coüld say i prejudged her. It was a probate sell and we had just about All the obstacles from buyers saying the house needed work, sale having to be aoproved by a probate judge. The biggest thing we finally got a buyer , but we failed our inspection. Water damage from a water heater. About 10 k of damage, thru my familIes storm of setbacks. Mary with her stoic personality kept me and my sisters hope full , mary had mention that she this one of her most difficult sales. Mary never gave up. Basically she was like a coach directing us on what needed to be done. I am quite shore that mary professionlism an exp kept the sale alive
