Mary found this home for us in 1995, When I called her and asked her to sell my house, she accepted my request. We did a walk through where she pointed out repairs, painting and such that needed attention. I hired a couple guys and we completed the repairs and such. Mary with her assistant staged the home beautifully. We listed the house on a Thursday evening with an open house scheduled for Saturday, well the 3rd potential buyer made a generous offer.
