This past spring and into early summer, we had the pleasure of working with Mary when we decided to sell our home. Mary was very knowledgeable and responsive from the outset. She communicated with us regularly while we searched for a new home, and responded very timely when it came to setting appointments to see new homes. We never felt rushed while with her at homes we were looking at, and she was patient with us even as we had to deal with our young children at times! We ended up purchasing a short sale home and Mary was great throughout the entire process, answering our questions and setting our mind at ease when issues arose. When it came to selling our home, they did a great job marketing it and being available to set appointments for showings. We received a contract very quickly on our home and Mary did a fantastic job communicating to us about getting everything we needed to do accomplished in time for closing.
