Mary really knows what she's doing. She had a professional photographer take pictures of our house and they looked fantastic. We had a contract on the house in a week. Good afternoon Mary, My apologies for taking so long to write this thank you. You are the best agent we have ever known. You have the patience of Job and the persistance of a pit bull. Anyone else would have dropped us after a few months. Because Judy and I are so different with different tastes, you had to have shown us more than 120 houses over 13 months. We don't know how many miles you put on your vehicle crisscrossing 4 counties. We sure are grateful you stuck with us until we found the right house. By the way I only have one of your business cards left, the one stuck in our folder. You also have great contacts and know who to call to get work done, appraisals and inspections made, etc. Jamie Savage and his crews have finished painting the entire house including the ceilings and trim. They did an outstanding job quickly and at a great price. You would not believe what a difference it has made in the house. I now have a bunch of his business cards and will recomend him to everyone I see. We have one estimate on refinishing the floors and are expecting another 2 tomorrow. Once we get the floors finished, we will start moving furniture. You will have to stop by when you are in the neighborhood to see the house; just like they do on the house hunting show. If they had made a show out of us, it would have been a year-long epic film instead of a 30 minute show. :) Thanks again for being so great with us.
