Words alone cannot express how happy we are that we chose Mary as our realtor! On the buyers’ side, she gave us excellent advice and helped us to avoid some real pitfalls. We are so happy in our new place. On the sellers’ side, she was positively amazing. Mary made a great marketing plan, carried it out effectively, and put us in touch with top-notch professionals. Mary Anne did an amazing job staging, and each of her other contractors came in on-time and on-budget. While we’re at it, we are particularly grateful for Mary’s rejection of our suggestion that we just throw money at the buyers’ repair list. Not only was she right, but she went above and beyond, serving as the general contractor, managing and keeping everything on track. Again, words alone can’t express how happy we are with Mary’s work.
