We are difficult customers to please since we are in the real estate business, but Mary did a great job with this house and we got the highest price for a house in the area of Cherry Hill that we were selling into. We were going to list it ourselves, but Mary convinced us to use her and we were very happy with the results. We received 16 offers in 4 days and we wrapped up the sale in that time frame. Anything that we asked her to do, she did for us (like having 2 open houses during the 1st weekend the house was listed) and she went above her call of duty with coordinating the township, all paperwork and replacing keys in the lockbox and so on.

From the beginning Mary took charge. As a senior, it was exactly what I needed to tackle an overwhelming project. Mary is so knowledgeable about the South Jersey area. She does what it takes to ensure you are happy. When we were selling, she put plants out to make our house more appealing, she recommended contractors to do the work well and reasonably prices, and she follows up often.
