When we first considered selling our home, I immediately thought of Mary Beth. I had become acquainted with her through her neighborhood focused charitable work. I knew she cared about the area we lived in and she'd have invaluable knowledge to help us out. Initially, we were just making a query, thinking we'd wait 4 to 6 months before listing the house. After talking to Mary, she convinced us that the market was very favorable and that we would likely sell for more than we thought. After agreeing to move more quickly than we'd thought, Mary guided us through getting the house in the best shape for the photo and video layout and production. Everything went beyond my expectations. Once the house hit the market, Mary Beth hosted a couple of open houses which generated multiple bids and in less than a week, we were under contract. The month between accepting the bid and reaching closing was where her expertise truly showed. That was one of the most stressful months of my life as we got through inspections, seemingly endless online document signings and etc. Even when she was ill or on vacation, she returned calls and directed us to people she worked with who could hold our hands through times of confusion. I'm sure some of the stress of the time has dropped from my memory a year later, but I have nothing but great memories when working with Mary Beth and am truly thankful we were able to work with her.
