Wow, where do I begin? My sister and I sold our dad's home after he passed and because we didn't live close, she took total control of all aspects. May Ann was directed but not pushy, and knew when to drive forward and when to take it easy. She always had suggestions, but left the decisions to us. She did all the little things, of course, but what most impressed us was how she was total project manager in getting the home available for market. And it paid off. We got WAY MORE than what we expected or listed the house for, as she masterfully worked to get top dollar for us. We've very grateful and would highly recommend!
