The experience was definitely exceptional....Maryann was great to work with!
The experience began with our first meeting, which she was timely and supplied us with great material on real estate listings and sales in our area. The documents were completed and signed and from that day forward, Maryann placed her efforts into ensuring all was being done to sell our apartment. of course this was during some of our worst Covid times, but she always kept us informed and ensured any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. We feel fortunate to have had Maryann Cojocar as our realtor and would definitely recommend to any one......she is the best!
