Mary was extremely patient and helpful throughout our year long "post-Covid" housing search. My wife and I truly appreciate her willingness to coordinate showings with short notice (as was necessary in this housing market) and also to help us see a property outside her main service area. Mary helped us draft multiple competitive offers (all of which were rejected) before we found our house. When we composed the offer, she made a suggestion to increase our bid by a small amount which likely ended up being the deciding factor in the seller closing our offer over the alternative. One thing I particularly liked about Mary is that she does not encourage sellers to bid outside their comfort zone or include risky terms such as waiving inspection. From my positive sales experience with Mary it is clear she is a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of the area real estate market. She also provides excellent recommendations for other professionals relevant to the process (attorney, inspector, etc.). I would certainly use Mary again to buy/sell another home.
