Building your dream home can be very difficult and understanding how builders work can also be difficult, Marvin made it plain and easy for me when explaining how new construction works. Explaining to me what modern is and what styles to go with, giving his personal tips was well worth it and I recommended him to several of my family members who are currently building and working with him and they are all very satisfied with his hard work.

Not only we sold my house but he also helped the other agent and the buyer qualify for the loan when we had issues with the lender he really showed how much of an expert he is and it was so natural that it seems like this is a walk in the park I remember being very worried and I was panicking and he said don't worry I will take care of it and that's exactly what he did he end up doing both side of the deal and only got paid for one side and that's when I realized he was worth every penny the time and effort was endless I believe that Marvin really loves his job and his word of advice as good as gold
