I got Marvin's number from a family member who referred him I was really scared buying and selling my home during a very hectic Market with low inventory one thing I like to point out about Marvin is he did a fantastic job making sure that me and my family end up with a home before selling our property I was a contingent seller that was very scared between work and home and not finding the right property after selling my condo. Marvin is a well experience realtor he told me exactly what's going to happen before it even happened and he was dead on selling my condo wasn't that hard for him buying me in my dream house for what I was approved for that's when I realized this guy is great at what he does and I'm not just some other paycheck or his next Commission he want out of his way to make the deal happen for me I was so pleased that when I got the call from Marvin saying I got you the house I could not believe it there was 8 offers on the table and my chances were very slim of winning. I feel like he's not just my realtor anymore he's a good friend of the family and I believe everyone and my family that knows him feel the same way you're just more than a client to him you are a lot like family thank you for all your hard work truly you are the best.
I deal with a lot of Realtors I am an investor dealing with Marvin I realized that he does everything the correct way very smart extremely knowledge points out some great things that I never thought about once I worked with him I couldn't stop I end up using him for 3or 4more transactions and I will continue to do so I actually just referred it Marvin to my aunt because I'm very comfortable with making their recommendation.
