Marvin helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent communication, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, straight forward, provides teaching

Marvin is straight forward. Tell him what you want and he will provide it. He is highly knowledgable in his field of work and has 20+ yrs experience under his belt. He has great connections with others in the market as well. I really appreciated the teaching he provides about the houses: what certain aspects, changes, or build choices mean. He knows the process very well and will explain it thoroughly and answer any questions you may have. Additionally, he was able to negotiate our needs and gave great advice when it was needed, as I myself am a first time home buyer. I highly recommend Marvin for anyone shopping the market. Thank you Marvin !!
