Marvin is straight forward. Tell him what you want and he will provide it. He is highly knowledgable in his field of work and has 20+ yrs experience under his belt. He has great connections with others in the market as well. I really appreciated the teaching he provides about the houses: what certain aspects, changes, or build choices mean. He knows the process very well and will explain it thoroughly and answer any questions you may have. Additionally, he was able to negotiate our needs and gave great advice when it was needed, as I myself am a first time home buyer. I highly recommend Marvin for anyone shopping the market. Thank you Marvin !!

Marvin is our real estate "go to" agent! He has years of experience that brings a wealth of knowledge and negotiation power that is second to none. Our home was on the market for less than a week resulting in a dozen offers well over the asking price. He presented our offers in a organized, efficient and communicative way that made it easy for us to make our decision. Thank you Marvin!!

Nobody knows real estate better than Marvin. Very professional and honest man to work with. Highly recommend to anyone serious in selling or buying a house. Used him in 3 different sales and purchases and he always came through
