excellent selling and buying agent

Marty sold my house after previously acting as a buying agent when the house was purchased. She was very patient and flexible with her time and availability. She provided good advice for minor updates and staging when it came to sell the house. And most importantly she used excellent strategy to quickly net a higher than expected selling price.
