Marty sold my house after previously acting as a buying agent when the house was purchased. She was very patient and flexible with her time and availability. She provided good advice for minor updates and staging when it came to sell the house. And most importantly she used excellent strategy to quickly net a higher than expected selling price. It was a pleasure to work with Marty and I will sign with her again when I'm ready to purchase another house.

Knowledgeable and professional

Marty was fantastic right from the start. I was mid-divorce and unsure of what I wanted, or when, and Marty listened, provided me with options and was super patient while I got my affairs in order. Once I started looking I loved how she coordinated with other realtors so that we could look at four or five properties at a time, some properties I had selected, and some recommendations from Marty. She knew my circumstances, paid attention to details, and wouldn’t let me settle. I work from home and she was adamant that we would find a property with a great office space for me. Marty knew the market, how quickly properties were selling, and that I’d have to be aggressive with my Offers. It’s rare that someone is able to purchase a second property before their divorce is finalized, but Marty had connections that helped me out there too! When we discovered the property I ultimately purchased Marty was quick to draft the Offer and make it happen. She kept me up to speed through the process, and made sure I wasn’t overly anxious. Once my Offer was accepted she didn’t stop there. She held my hand through the entire purchasing process, provided me with contacts for inspection, and met with me multiple times to be sure I had everything I needed. I don’t know if I would have successfully gotten my property without Marty, but I do know that the process would have been ten times harder without her! She truly was a joy to work with, and made the entire process exciting and fun. She handles the overwhelming stuff for you, or at least helps manage it. Using Marty as my agent was the best decision I made in the entire process.

My husband and I entered into an unprecedented & brutal housing market while also having a very tight deadline to buy a new house and sell our current house. With only 3-4 houses on the market in a given week, our options were very limited. In general, we are risk adverse people, had we not put our trust and faith into Marty, we wouldn't have found a new home in the current market. Marty was extremely responsive and supportive throughout our house hunt journey. She was patient with us, when we became discouraged. She even got involved to smooth issues over with our mortgage loan officer, which in my opinion was going above and beyond as a realtor. She truly takes care of her clients and wants to ensure everything runs smooth from start to finish. During the inspection process, she waited the entire 3 hours and made notes of items that needed to be repaired. She somehow worked her magic and the sellers agreed to fix multiple items in the home (that we didn't even ask for), which in a seller's market, that's pretty incredible. After walking through several homes in a city that we preferred, she located a GEM of a house for us! Even though we were not looking outside of our preferred city, she opened up our eyes to other possibilities. During the offer process, she walked us through our options and ultimately explained to us what we needed to do, in order to get our offer accepted. Her solid advice paid off, because while there were 4 other offers on the house we wanted, ours was accepted! With a little faith, trust, and a bit of risk, while following her expert advice, we successfully found our forever home!
