Marty helped us buy a new home in 2014. Her negotiation skills were great, she got us significantly less than the asking price, plus a pontoon boat and some furniture that we asked for. She also sold our old house. She helped us decide what to fix up and what not to. She also helped stage the house and hired a professional photographer to take great looking pictures. The house sold quickly for a price we were happy with.
