Martine very patiently helped me navigate old home issues and my own personal attachment issues with my sweet little 100 year old house. I wasn't truly ready to sell when I contacted her in May, but the sellers market was crazy and I felt pressured to sell. Martine never pressured me but very patiently stuck with me for over 6 months! Logically I knew I needed to sell but I was just not there emotionally when I initially contacted her. Martine is kind and patient and it is INCREDIBLY clear that she loves her work and that the commission she earns is secondary to the client relationships she builds. I have had several experiences with incompetent show boat realtors, and I am proud to say that Martine didn’t earn the nickname “heygirl3” during our time together lol. My previous realtor did more talking than listening. You won’t experience that with Martine. She is very observant and reads her clients.
