Martina is one of those rare people who ranks a "10" on all counts. I was especially impressed with her keeping up on technology in transmitting documents and using it in the modern real estate business world. She was always easy to reach by phone or text message, and if a phone message was left she got back very promptly. Her local knowledge of Sarasota and Charlotte counties and beyond is vast and she is skilled at steering a person towards possibilities which may not have been initially seen by the client.
