Martina went above and beyond in helping us secure our dream home(s). We were needing assistance in finding information on a new development found on an online site while living in Colorado. Martina called us immediately after receiving our email with our needs. She then handled securing the best available lot at a new developement we were interested in. She worked with the on site agent and had everything taken care of upon our arrival. (We flew down as soon as she gave us the details.) It all worked out great including negotiations she made on our behalf for additional savings. She helped us by storing light fixtures we ordered from California- took them to the house when the electrician was ready. Two years later we deicided to buy a bigger home. Martina took care of the items needed while the current home was up for sale, worked diligently at getting us the best price for our home, and was our eyes and ears while in Colorado. If she doesn't know the answer off the top of her head, which she does most of the time, she will get back to you promptly. I appreciated the fact that she took each question seriously. She realizes that although this process is routine to her, it is not to you. She is available almost 24/7. I don't think she sleeps. This is not just a job to her. It's a dedicated lifestyle.
