Martin Percival was a great realtor for our search in Denver. From the first meeting and going over the neighborhoods of Denver and the housing available along with pricing was essential to start our search. After taking our list of must-haves we were off on the search! Visiting neighborhoods all across to city we found the right spot and finally came across the "one." After a little negotiation we did it! Martin helped us through all the purchase processes and got us into the closing with no issues...I like that. The wine and kitchen shears were a great touch at closing! I only wish I got to see Martin dance.

My experience with Peak Properties group was excellent. Martin went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and that everything was done in a timely manner.
