Martin worked with us to sell our condo quickly and for the price we were looking for. There were several other condos for sale at the same time in our complex, who were selling at a lower price point than we were. Martin smartly advised us to keep our asking price and not lower it. Soon, we had a more than full-price offer. Additionally, we had some restrictions around showings and Martin worked with us to make sure our needs were met by realtors showing our home. Martin was very friendly, knowledgeable about the city and very very attentive. He managed to organize a packed day of house hunting for us, as we only had one day while visiting Denver. It was exhausting but well worth it as in the end as we found a property and put an offer on that same day. Martin's understanding of the Denver market and how fast properties move went above and beyond to help us get the offer out very late into the night to ensure the listing agent had it first thing in the am. His support for us during the entire process made it easy for us to complete all of our paperwork remotely, his was our local support as we currently don't live in Denver or Colorado. We were very happy with Martin and would highly recommend him to our friends and family if they ever start looking to move to Denver.
