Martin Carpenter is an excellent realtor and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home. I first met Martin on a Zoom call while I was still in Tennessee. He was very gracious and kind since he had to deal with not only me but also my son-in-law. He patiently explained things I did not understand and is very knowledgable of the market.
