Marti Sutton, is one of THE BEST realtors ever! I sold my home in Winter Haven, Fl and relocated to St. Johns, Fl., in April 2019. I had the good fortune of listing the property with Marti Sutton. She came out, had a look, and immediately advised me on what steps I could take to ensure my house would show the most favorably, none of which were costly or what I felt were unnecessary. I had a price in mind that I wanted to list it at. She had the market comps already done the day we met and agreed that the price was right. She was correct! I had an offer on my house 2 days after it was listed! The sale turned out to be challenging but Marti had it under control every step of the way and we actually closed early.
