Marti has helped me to buy TWO homes. Both times her service has been exceptionally professional, yet warm and personal at the same time. The first time, 4 years ago, Marti showed me at least 10 homes. Some were out of reach, and others not just right. But though many conversations we discovered exactly what I wanted, and what I could afford. When the perfect house came on the market we both new it was just right. She made the right call on bid price, timing, and holding. She helped me qualify for a special loan program for non-investors. I moved in and have been happy ever since.
