She’s proactive, accessible, and cares for your property as if it were her own. On the sales side, she’s just as wonderful. We were out of town owners selling our condo in Orlando. Within days of our listing hitting the market, we had 9 offers with several of those being above ask price. She worked with us to understand the details and contingencies of each offer in order to make sure we were accepting the offer that was best for us. She communicated clearly with the buyer’s agent, lenders, current tenants, appraiser, and inspector and was an all around pleasure to work with.
