This review is being written from someone who never writes them - so that right there should tell you something about Martha. Martha was the listing agent on a home I wanted to see, when I did not have an agent. She was gracious, kind and honest with me which made me feel like I wanted to be represented by her. Throughout my house hunting process, I was immensely impressed by Martha's character - and amazing responsiveness. I was looking for a home in an exclusive area and exclusive budget (200-300K) - Homes in this location and price went in under a day - I could text or call Martha on any given morning and she would be ready to show the home hours later. We made offers from her iPad and got a deal done in the span of a day. Martha is honest, loyal and works to ensure that you are happy regardless of your desires or situation. She lists homes from 100K to over 2MM dollars and treats all of her clients with care, respect and a well working knowledge of the real estate market.
