Sold house in less than a week for 15% over list. Listing coordinator, closing coordinator and all others we dealt with were very professional. Martha called at 8 pm to inform us of offers. 2 months after sale, a package was mistakenly delivered to old address. I contacted the closing coordinator and she arranged to have package delivered to new address.
