Sadly, I needed to sell a family member’s condo that had passed away. I do not live in Florida and I was anxious about the process. Marta proved to be the perfect choice for me. Marta’s communication is incredible. I knew what was happening and what needed to happen every step of the way. There were several things that needed to be done in order to sell the condo. Marta found handy men to assist. These people did amazing work, were dependable, prompt and the costs were more than fair. She not only contacted me regularly, but she sent photos of all the work that needed to be done, as well as the finished product. She was always available. She got the me price I had hoped for and the entire process was smooth. She’s a hard working, honest, straight shooter and I found that I trusted her very quickly.
