"I knew before I hung up the phone with Marsha that I was hiring her. She understood where I was coming from as she had recently lost her mother too. It was emotional for me to sell my mom's condo. Marsha made sure I was ok with everything as we went along. She was so thoughtful! She gave me a little book of all of the pictures from the listing so I would have something to remember my mom's home with. I look at it everyday. Due to health issues I had to give up living on my own. Marsha handled everything. The pandemic made it tricky as the facilities I have been in didn’t allow visitors. She negotiated to get me the best price for my house. I won’t be buying another home in my life time but I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to sell their home.
