She was able to break down and explain the housing market and the overall process of buying a home to me in ways that I would be a to understand best. She is very responsive, she would usually respond to my text and emails within. She keeps a positive attitude through the entire process. Each time I tried to put a contract on a house but wasn't accepted, Mrs. Hinkle would continue to encourage me. She wouldn't let me give up. She always told me it just wasn't the house for me and that I would really know MY house when I see it. She was right!!!
