Marsha was fantastic.. She was quick to respond to all our questions...which were many since we live out of state. It didn't matter what time of day or night. If by chance she she didn't know an answer she did by the following day. She has a warm and friendly personality as well. Our whole house buying experience couldn't have been smoother.
