Marsha was a tremendous help in not only selling our old house but also in purchasing our new home. We, unfortunately, picked one of the most difficult times to shop for a house. COVID-19 restrictions made everything from viewing homes to having inspections completed much more difficult than in normal times, but Marsha was always available and able to answer any of our questions, get in contact with fantastic inspectors and talk us through anything at every step of the way. I couldn't imagine the nightmare it would have been trying to buy a home at this time without a realtor like Marsha there to help us. I highly recommend Marsha if you are looking to buy or sell a home!
