Marsha Decosta

Marsha has been my agent twice. Three years ago Marsha helped me find my dream home. It was a wonderful experience and her knowledge saved me time and money. When I decided to sell my rental property, I reached out to Marsha immediately. I had a renter at my property, so I didn't want to burden my renter with lots of showings. I requested that my property only be shown for 3 days. This put a lot of pressure on Marsha to get the right buyers to look at the property during a very short period of time. Marsha quickly established a game plan to get my property advertised. Her game plan worked out wonderfully. We had a lot of showings in the 3-day period with multiple offers. Marsha helped me understand the pros and cons of each offer. She also gave me as much information as she could about the buyers. It was important for me to sell the home to someone that loved my home as much as I did. Marsha hadn't changed since the last time I had her as my agent. She was super responsive and kept me informed of any questions that the prospective buyers had for me and my wife. She walked us through the closing making sure we understood every step. It was an enjoyable experience for my family. I was able to sell my house $45,000 above asking price. Someone my read that and think that I was lucky because it is currently a seller's market. They would be wrong in my opinion. Marsha walked us through and around the house identifying small things we could do to make the property more appealing to perspective buyers. Things that I definitely wouldn`t have noticed. I followed every suggestion she made, and I know that it made a difference because several of her suggestions were mentioned by the sellers and their agent during closing. I am currently looking to reinvest my money in a camp. Marsh is already looking for the right camp for my family. We wouldn`t consider buying or selling a property without having her as our agent. My family values her that much.
