We can't say enough about what a pleasant experience it was to have Marsha as our buyer agent! We had lots of questions about the property and it was Marsha who pursued and attained answers for us. She contacted the listing agent on several occasions and also contacted the condo association regarding some of our questions. Although the property is nearly 2 1/2 hours outside of Marsha's normal territory, she went out of her way to show us the property a couple of times.
