From the purchase of our home in 2019 to the sale of it in 2022, Marquesa has been everything a military family could need every step of the way. She helped find the perfect neighborhood to call home when we were new to Colorado and didn’t know a thing about the area. To say Marquesa was great, would not do her justice. She was phenomenal! This was our first time buying a home, and it was from another state. We were worried about the entire process, from finding/seeing homes without being in the state, to making offers; yet she was there every step of the way, providing us with as much information as we wanted/needed, guiding us through every step and answering every single question we had. She was essentially available 24/7, was extremely prompt with returning calls or messages, or speaking with the sellers or sellers agents and relaying information back to us.
