The photos and video were stunning, she held an open house quickly after listing, and perhaps my favorite part is that every single time there was a showing she sent us an email with the potential buyers feedback. Her communication skills are fabulous. She has a very friendly personable and professional demeanor, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We never actually met with Marlo in person, yet she took care of us as if we were family. She genuinely cared, and went out of her way on more than one occasion to handle something out of the ordinary for my aging mother to promote the sale of her condo. I whole-heartedly recommend Marlo for anyone having real estate needs. She is truly outstanding. I've lived in five states over the last 20 years, bought and sold nine homes. I've had the opportunity to work with many good Realtors over the years, but Marlo Oxley is truly THE BEST!
