Marlene Lancaster

Marlene helped us navigate probably one of the most complicated transactions I have ever experienced in my entire life. I would have lost my mind if not for Marlene!

I couldn't be happier with the process! She made everything effortless and her knowledge kept me ahead of the game. I actually had an option to close early. When something this complicated turns into uploading documents & signing the dotted lines, I call that a huge win for me, especially in the middle of a pandemic! I would feel comfortable referring her to my mother!!! Thanks again, Marlene!

Marlene was wonderful to work with. She is incredibly personable and helped make sure the purchasing process was a breeze for my fiancé and I. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is in search of a realtor.

Our family had an incredible experience with Marlene Lancaster. She is everything you want in an agent when buying or selling your home. As a Sarasota native, Marlene knows the neighborhoods like the back of her hand. We were moving from out of state, and Marlene helped us find the perfect home in a neighborhood we love. We had a complex real estate transaction that Marlene helped us navigate with ease and on a time crunch. She is business savvy and we were beyond impressed with her real estate knowledge. She has strong negotiation skills, she is calm and level-headed, she is thorough when drafting and reviewing contracts, her communication skills are excellent, and she works tirelessly as your advocate. We highly recommend Marlene for your real estate needs.
