As first time home buyers we were already going into this process with lots of anxiety. But add on the fact that we live in Virginia and were unable to look for home in Texas in person, doubled our nervousness. Marlene went above and beyond to explain each step of the process to us. She performed FaceTime walkthroughs with us for numerous properties and somehow always seemed to be available even though we were juggling school, work and time zone differences. She also went above and beyond by sending us thoughtful care packages to help us with our move and offering to measure for new appliances and such and check in on our home for us before we could get there.
