From the day I reached out to Mrs. Cullum she responded quickly and made sure she knew what kind of house and property I was looking for. She went the distance in helping me look for a home that met my needs. She was always on time and if she was going to be a few minutes late she let me know ahead of time. Once I found a property I liked she helped with reaching out to other realtors and inspectors to help me with all the information I needed to make a good decision on my purchase. She didn't push me into a home I didn't want. Mrs. Cullum wanted to make sure it was a home that was right for me. She worked great with my bank and title company to make sure everything was in place when it came time to close.
