This was only the second time I have sold a home (condo). it required a lot of hand holding on Markene's part and she came through in the best way possible. She answered all my questions and guided me through the process in an understandable way. The condo sold in three days based on the preliminary listing for more than my asking price. Marlene took me to the closing at the Title Company and stayed with me during the process. I really believe she was looking out for my best interests during the entire time.
