Marla Woulf is the owner and principal broker of Pursuit Real Estate. Marla’s philosophy about her work and client-centric approach truly defines the experience she gives to her clients. She believes she is in the business of real estate service, versus real estate sales. This shift in focus is evident in how she genuinely works with clients and colleagues and is another key element to her success in a competitive industry. Marla has been in the real estate industry since 2009, but in 2018 she leaped full-time sales! Since then, she has completed over $40M in sales and over 150 transactions. 2022 was her biggest year yet, with over $14M in sales and over 30 transactions. Proudly, most of her business is primarily built through word-of-mouth referrals – a true testament to her genuine approach and care for her clients’ experiences.
Marla lives in Jericho, VT with her husband, Mike, three children, and Huskey-Lab. She believes in being involved and rooted in our local Vermont communities – and is an active volunteer of the local elementary school’s parent group, helper at the food shelf, and parent/coach for many of the kids’ sports and activities! Together, with her family, she enjoys all that the Vermont lifestyle has to offer from skiing, boating, biking, running, and eating and drinking local Vermont fare.
