About Laura

Laura Zambarano‘s journey is a testament to her deep rooted connection to Vermont and her passion forReal Estate. As a native Vermont Laura grew up in Jericho where she and her husband, Matt, decided to raise their children. Together their ventures span from investment properties to fixer uppers, and new builds, and most recently remodeling their own home in South Hero. Laura was a devoted Spanish teacher for over 16 years which equipped her with a diverse set of skills, but none more rewarding than creating a respectful and collaborative environment to learning and grow. Her dedication and follow through as an educator were highly valued in the community, but Laura realized the need for change. In 2020 she decided to direct her love for life and homes into a full-time commitment. For Laura, a home is more than just a physical space. It represents security, love, friendship, memories, and joy. A skilled communicator, intuitive listener, and trustworthy ally, Laura will bring creativity and enthusiasm to her role as a realtor. Whether transitioning from a home you have lived in for many years or just starting to invest in your future– Laura will be your trusted advocate and guide throughout the entire process.

Marla Woulf is the owner and principal broker of Pursuit Real Estate. Marla’s philosophy about her work and client-centric approach truly defines the experience she gives to her clients. She believes she is in the business of real estate service, versus real estate sales. This shift in focus is evident in how she genuinely works with clients and colleagues and is another key element to her success in a competitive industry. Marla has been in the real estate industry since 2009, but in 2018 she leaped full-time sales! Since then, she has completed over $40M in sales and over 150 transactions. 2022 was her biggest year yet, with over $14M in sales and over 30 transactions. Proudly, most of her business is primarily built through word-of-mouth referrals – a true testament to her genuine approach and care for her clients’ experiences. Marla lives in Jericho, VT with her husband, Mike, three children, and Huskey-Lab. She believes in being involved and rooted in our local Vermont communities – and is an active volunteer of the local elementary school’s parent group, helper at the food shelf, and parent/coach for many of the kids’ sports and activities! Together, with her family, she enjoys all that the Vermont lifestyle has to offer from skiing, boating, biking, running, and eating and drinking local Vermont fare.

Excellent guidance, insight and support

Laura Zambarano Review

Laura comes highly recommended by me. She was honest and open, thought of things I wouldn't have and always had my back. In addition, she gave me timely reminders to help facilitate the process and never was pushy or demanding. Amazing agent, went above and beyond!

Laura was my listing agent for a property I sold in Underhill. She is very professional, organized and always on top of everything. Working with her made the process super easy. From determining the listing price, to staging great photos to helping me navigate things with a tenant Laura did everything to make a quick and easy sale. She was very well at communicating and sent me a list of everything that was needed on my end and made the process so easy. I would definitely recommend her and I'll use her again when I look for a new place or when I sell my current place. It couldn't have gone any easier and that was all thanks to her.

Wonderful Experience!

We are first-time buyers and needed extra support in understanding the home-buying process.
