First off, I just wanted to say that Mark is a first class Professional. The selling of my house had a lot of challenging things that happened before the closing...I think for the most part, a lot of them were unusual, to say the least. Mark was there for me, communicating, organizing, and pulling all the people together to make the sale happen. In my opinion, the most important thing is communication, and Mark was there, communicating with me every step of the way. Mark helped me buy the same house about 3 years prior to my selling of the house, and was so incredibly attentive in helping me find the right house, that I didn't bother to look up any other realtors when I decided to sell it. Soooo- buying or selling, Mark really knows his stuff, and will help you and your individual needs...I think of it as "CUSTOMIZING" everything for your specific needs.
