The selling of my house had a lot of challenging things that happened before the closing...I think for the most part, a lot of them were unusual, to say the least. Mark is truly an exceptional real estate agent. We started working together three years ago. Living 1,300 miles away from the local area it was imperative that we had an agent with strong communication skills, who would closely interact with us. Our property search was focused on a handful of gated condominium communities in the St. Pete area. It took three years for a unit to come on the market that met all of our criteria. During the past three years Mark never forgot about us. Every time a unit went up for sale in our desired communities he notified us immediately via email and/or phone. Recently a listing came on the market that finally satisfied our interests. Mark visited the property on our behalf, sent us additional pictures, sought answers to our questions and coordinated property inspections. Mark has no doubt proven himself to be very patient and persistent. Any other agent probably would have lost interest in working with us certainly after 6-12 months. Not Mark. Even now after we’ve closed, when an agent has typically fulfilled his responsibilities to a buyer, he graciously continues to help us with a few outstanding items.
