As I sit here ready to write Mark's review, I really wish there was a category for "EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE"! Our story is rather long, so I will only give a condensed version. We started working with Mark in 2014. At that time we had contacted several agents in FL because we were unsure of which area we wanted to be in. When we met with Mark, he was "EXTREMELY" knowledgeable of Treasure Island and the surrounding area. He shared many of his own personal experiences with us and the more we heard, the more we thought that was the place for us! So the search began. Then life happened and we were handed a major health issue which put our search on hold. Mark assured us that when we were ready again, he would be there for us. We got past the health issues...and the new search began! We found the place of our dreams and a mortgage lender and were on our way! Mark didn't stop there. I must say the lender was horrific! Definitely not something I would ever want to go through again. We are so thankful that we had Mark! He was "EXTREMELY" supportive to us during this horrible experience. I'm truly not sure if we would have made it without him! I can happily say that we are now closed and enjoying life in FL. There is a lot about Mark that is impressive, but on thing I will never forget.....he never once made us feel like we were a bother, or that he would never sell us anything....even though I myself had doubts. He stuck with us all the way through always going above and beyond , never failing to amaze me! To anyone reading this review, this is the man you should contact! I absolutely 100% would recommend Mark for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!! He truly cares about his clients and what they want. He is one of the most hard working people I know. He's reliable and trustworthy. I had some very difficult moments with my lender and Mark was right on top of every situation. He kept in constant contact with myself and my lender. He went way above and beyond to ease my mind and help put out any fire that came about. Mark is excellent at what he does. I was buying from out of state and it was so nice to have someone on the other end that I knew without a doubt I could trust! This gave us a high degree of confidence that we were pricing to best balance getting top dollar and a timely closing. The marketing plan and materials he developed ensured that we hit the ground running. The result of all of his work was a quick sale to a strong buyer at a price with which were very pleased.
